One Tracy way Cowpet bay east has been in the same family for over 40 years. Recently renovated/ updated with all the amenities of your own home. Cowpet bay east is probably the best maintained condo complex on island. Nestled in the hills of estate Nazareth next to the Ritz Carlton.....a super neighbor offering superb water sports, dining and an European style day spa. Fine dining and light fare are also available on property at Caribbean Fish Market and Sangria at the waters edge. Nearby is red hook for shopping and the ferry to St john..........a must for any visit

Property owners were attentive when needed. Property was well stocked with everything needed. Condo is located in an area that is near ideal beaches, restaurants and activities. When you want to have a down day this condo is the place to have it with 2 restaurants on site, pool on property, beach steps away with amazing snorkeling! Stay here!

The taxi from the airport was about a 35 minute pleasant trip and cost $125 (they charge per person and for infants). Check-in was very easy and the keys were easily available. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach towels, coolers, snorkel gear, beach chairs, sunscreen, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods and cleaning supplies.
The condo has amazing views of the bay and you can feel the salty breeze as soon as you open the sliding glass doors. It was a short walk down a few small flights of stairs to the beach, pool and two restaurants. The beach restaurant food was surprisingly good for bar food (average $30 for a full meal with tip per person). The higher end restaurant was absolutely delicious but way overpriced. $540 and $750 for each time we went for a three course meal with no alcohol.
The condo itself has an antiquated presence, but is as pictured in the property profile (mostly). The kitchen counter was literally falling out of the wall, the shower knob was broken and needed a wrench to turn from bath to shower mode. (Thankfully found a wrench because i sliced my finger open the first time i went to turn it). The ac in the main bedroom was leaking water into the office below( had to shut) and the crib that was promised to be there (with mattress) was missing the main insert to make it usable. The beds themselves were very uncomfortable. At 6 months pregnant, a comfortable bed would have been appreciated. I ended up finding an air mattress.
