Seaside Retreat is a gorgeous, modernly renovated 2 bedroom condo at Cowpet Bay East and has ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! Custom remodeling from floor to ceiling, including Spanish marble floors and showers, cherry wood cabinetry, illuminated vanity mirrors, cedar closet in master, and quartz countertops. If you like to be spoiled by finer surroundings, this condo is for you! It is the perfect place to retreat and relax from your busy lives! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade, and many chairs for lounging. There is also an expansive inviting pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and enjoy a lazy day at the beach! This condo is up on the hill (Tara Way) overlooking the row of condos below on the water (Tracy Way). It is 250 steps to the beach, down 2 sets of stairs.

Cowpet East Resort condos have two levels, this condo is on the first level. There are only 6 stairs down leading from parking space to the front door of condo, unlike most other units where there are many!
Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro which is NOW OPEN for breakfast & lunch daily (except Sundays) 7 am - 6 pm, then pizzas only 6 pm - 8 pm. The new pool/beach bar is open 11 am - 5 pm to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!
If you choose to the leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants, ferry/barge to St. John, postal service, and medical center.
Island Dream Vacations can assist in planning other aspects of your vacations, from recommending car rentals, to coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage therapist, dinner reservations, and housekeeping services.
PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate listed is based on 4 guests, additional guests are $35/night per guest ($50/night during holidays), maximum of 6 guests (4 adults max). Last minute and extended stay discounts offered except on Holiday weeks.
CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far.

Brautiful condo! As described and very comfortable space. Host was helpful and attentive during check in and with a small AC issue that was fixed the day we got there. Very helpful and accommodating.

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have snorkel gear and beach towels, etc. available. The process to check in and out was very easy. Amy set us up with grocery delivery and a great charter service we used twice! Would definitely recommend. I actually have a girlfriend already staying in one of the condos, just by coincidence. I told her it’s a great spot!

This condo was very nice and clean. Close to several beaches and the people and car ferry to St John’s. Close to some restaurants and grocery store. Communication with host was easy and quick response. Check in and out was easy. Will come back again!
