Quintessential San Francisco large Studio Apartment on Nob Hill, 1/2 block to the Fairmont, 1 Block to the Mark Hopkins, and 3 blocks to the Ritz Carlton. Paramont location just a stones throw to China Town, Union Square, and North Beach (little Italy).
This Private apartment has a new queen Size bed and an additional single sofa sleeper, updated kitchen and bath, refinished hardwood floors. Large flat screen T.V. with cable and high speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels extra pillows, sheets and blankets, basically everything you need. Just bring your suitcases and toothbrush.

We had a wonderful stay at one of Jeff’s units! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—safe and convenient—with Chinatown just a block away, Grace Cathedral two blocks up, and a cable car running right in front of the building. It made exploring the city so easy! Overall, a fantastic experience.Our host, Jeff, was kind, communicative, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, he met us at the front door, gave us a tour of the building, and shared helpful guidelines for our stay. He made the check-in and check-out process effortless. We truly appreciated his hospitality!

Our son stayed for 8 weeks to complete an internship in SF. I traveled with him to help get him set up. The property was immaculate. Was larger than it appeared in pictures online. Jeff greeted us, gave us a full tour of all the facilities in the building, and even helped us get set up with places to shop for groceries, etc. The 8 weeks went by fast and without any issues. Location ideal for access to financial district and many of the great fun areas SF is well known for. Our experience was fantastic and I am sure yours will be too!

I stayed in Jeff’s beautiful studio apt in the Nob Hill/Chinatown area of SF for six weeks. It was perfectly appointed, with a lovely redone bathroom and kitchen, ample closet space and a comfortable bed. It had everything I needed to be comfortable while I was performing with the SF Opera, and the comforts of his apt greatly enhanced my ability to perform well. The location was absolutely ideal, close to an abundance of reasonably priced dining and right on the cable car lines for the quintessential SF experience. I enjoyed myself tremendously walking to Chinatown, Union Square, North Beach and even Fisherman’s Wharf. Jeff checked in several times to make sure I had everything I needed, which was much appreciated. Next time I’m working in SF, I will absolutely stay here again. Thanks for everything. Jeff!

I have stayed at Classic Studio for 2.5 months, extended twice. The size of the studio is perfect for me, one person, it is immaculate, clean, has architectural details that I adore, and the kitchen and bathroom have been lovingly updated to contemporary standards and comfort. I feel like I am in a mini museum, or at a home from the pages out of Architectural Digest. For someone who has loved interior design and architectures, it is simply divine. During my stay, I have been pleasantly surprised to find unique details, furnishings, décor, matching and aesthetically selected items, you really have to experience it to appreciate it. Oh, the bed is very comfortable, equal or more comfortable than a hotel's. Most endearing is Jeff, the host, who has gone out of his ways to make us comfortable and safe. I stayed during stay at home lockdown and it is challenging to go around to get essential supplies and food. Jeff has been more than accommodating, replenishing supplies, extremely helpful and nice. He is very quick to respond to questions that you may have and offer solution. Although the studio is normally out of my price range (I treated myself this time lol), and Jeff has been proactive in helping making it more affordable for me. I feel you will be hard pressed to find accommodation at this price range with this quality and elegance. I highly recommend this Studio and especially Jeff, a caring and friendly host. Thanks Jeff.
