This was our first experience with VRBO! And we are very glad it was with Robin. We were pleasantly surprised and it surpassed any expectations we held. It looked just like the picture. Very modern and up to date. The neighborhood was close to public transportation and extremely quiet. The people in the neighborhood were nice and helpful. Anytime I had questions about San Francisco, Robin was eager to help. Staying here made our experience worthwhile! We would definitely stay at Robin's place again.

I'll start with the pros really nice quiet area supermarkets etc within easy reach by foot. Really easy to get anywhere via public transport. Now the cons everything in the apartment is very tired and could do with being updated. Our main concern was that the bedroom is in the same room as the kitchen only separated by a curtain it's certainly not ideal and the wardrobe to hang your clothes in is also in the bedroom although we swapped things around and hung our clothes in the wardrobe in the sitting room. We checked with the owner first and she was fine with us doing that. The other thing that was disappointing was that the outdoor waterfall was not working and we were looking forward to eating outside next to it. Overall we found the apartment disappointing
