Welcome to Villa Don Pepin, an oceanfront villa in a quiet and secluded neighborhood, offering a private pool and a spectacular view. This beautiful home features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, all within walking distance of the beach.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, a walk in closet, and a full private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have bunk beds with a twin on top, a full on the bottom, and a twin trundle.
The villa offers a full kitchen, a comfortable living room, and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living area, all equipped with Dish Network.
Outdoors, you will enjoy a charming gazebo with a dining and seating area by the pool, perfect for taking in the romantic ocean views. The exterior space also includes hammocks, outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower, and a peaceful setting to unwind.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, all linens and towels, parking, and access to a clubhouse with a basketball court. The location is close to snorkeling spots, restaurants, golf, the rain forest, Old San Juan, and more.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. To give a little context, our flight was delayed by four hours and we didn’t arrive at Villa Don Pepin until 3:00 AM. Despite the late hour, Emma went above and beyond—she stayed attentive and made sure we found the property easily, had access to the keys, and got in without any issues. That level of care set the tone for the entire experience.The property truly offers the best of both worlds, with a beautiful beach right in the backyard and a pool to enjoy as well. When the tide was high, we still had the perfect alternative to relax and make the most of our time. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from floats and beach chairs to the convenient outdoor bathroom in the shed, which kept the house clean and dry.This stay exceeded all expectations—easily a 10,000/10. I would absolutely return and genuinely enjoyed every single moment of our visit.

Great house with an absolutely awesome view!!
Very relaxing hanging out in the pool in the evenings after a long day of touring and excursions. The only downfall would be that the beds are a little hard and there is no AC throughout the entire house. It got very hot in the kitchen, living room, and one of the bathrooms. We spent most of our time going places, so keep that in mind if you are going in the hottest part of the summer and don't plan on leaving much. Other than that, we loved the house, being close to the beach, and having a pool with a view.
Thanks again for sharing your house and having some drinks in the fridge when we arrived. My guys are missing the Madalla beer
