About this house rental
Located just 1 minute from the boat dock. It boasts a huge front deck with sweeping views of the mountains partial of beautiful Lake Oroville. Perfect lay out for family getaways. Beautiful pool with rock waterfall in the private yard.
This home is fully accessible to our guest.
We have one neighbor with connected driveway. The neighbors drive way is not to be used. We also own the empty lot next door so there is plenty of parking. HOA
Approx 1/2 mile to nearest bus station and 1 mile from gas station, food spots and Dollar General for quick items needed.
Not shown in the pictures is the newly updated backyard to include hot tub, artificial grass, lounge chairs, table with 4 bar stools and new propane 5 burner grill. Must be minimum age 28 to rent.
Minimum age for Rental is 28
We require (not an option) a property damage insurance on all of our rentals. We use a third party insurance carrier that is currently used on the other vacation home rental websites and is automatically factored in the price on those websites. This insurance is $99 (non-refundable) with property damage coverage up to $5000. The nightly price is higher than other vacation website to pay for the insurance. PETS - Pets are allowed ONLY if approved by the owners. If approved there will be an additional $100 non-refundable fee attached to an additional $400 pet deposit for a total of $500.
