8 acres..next to 100 acres open land. Close to Folsom Lake yet far awsy. close to Folsom, Roseville for great food and recreation yet peaceful private and quiet..We Have hosted Hollywood, Tesla, Facebook, Google and guests from all over the world. An incredible experience No fires or outdoor grills per calfire and placer county regulations

Nice neighborhood. Beautiful yard with pond. Our grandson enjoyed learning to fish and having a ride in the paddle boat. This is a nice property for a group.Main bathroom needed some extra cleaning, as well as attention to some of the bedding (spots on pillow, mattress & pad) This could be easily remedied.This could be easily remedied

Property was very big and private with its own fishing pond. House decor was a little dated but still very nice. We fished (catch and release) and caught a few nice sized large mouth on lures as big as 2 pounds! Property grounds was beautiful and great weather. Close to stores and Folsom lake. Highly recommend! I would book again!
