We loved the location and the view and everything it was perfect. We will for sure be back. The condo was clean the sheets were refreshing on the comfortable bed. I wished we would have booked a longer stay. Anyone looking for the perfect place to stay for 4 to 5 people this condo is perfect. And Kay was always there when I needed her and answered every question I had.

This was our second time renting this condo. The unit is clean and bright. There is a beautiful view of Miramar beach that is right across the street. The kitchen has all you need to cook up meals if staying in to eat. The king size bed is so comfy!! A nice surprise were the two small fans we found in the closet. We sleep with a fan for white noise, and forgot ours, so that saved us from having to buy one. There are extra beach chairs and umbrellas for use if you don’t have your own, as well as beach toys. Also, 4 beach towels were provided.
Kay is an awesome host, is easy to get a hold of, proactive, and very communicative. We love this particular condo and the building in general (we have stayed at this complex 4 times) and don’t plan to ever stay anywhere else. Unit 303 will continue to be our unit of choice from now on! Thank you Kay for another wonderful, stress free stay in your condo!

Great condo! Very nice and has everything you need, love that it’s right across the road from beach and close to everything. Views were beautiful and the master bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!
