Admirals Quarters 1209 is a large 4-bedroom 4 bath Gulf Front corner unit in a low-density condominium complex has been professionally decorated in a coastal theme. It can sleep 11 people with 2 King beds, a Queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds and a large sofa in the den.
The condo features solid hardwood furniture in the living area, dining room and bedrooms. It has wood flooring with a whitewashed pine finish in the living and dining areas as well as all bedrooms. In addition, there are 5 Smart HDTV units that are Wi-Fi connected so you can enjoy any Internet based TV and music services that you have at home. There is a new 65" Vizio 4K in the family room. There is also a Wi-fi enabled Yamaha stereo receiver and 2 new Polk Audio floor speakers.
Our Wi-Fi system has just been upgraded to up to 200 MBPS. TV Wally set top boxes are hardwired with fiber optic cable.
New Frigidaire Gallery kitchen appliances were installed in 2020.
The views from this unit are exceptional. You can relax on the large balcony in the new Polywood patio furniture. There is a dining table for 8-9 people along with 3 dining chairs, two rocking chairs, a 3-4 person dining bench and a chaise lounger along with two side tables.
The Living Area has 2 sofas covered in Sunbrella fabric for comfort and durability. One is a queen sleeper. It also has a Lazy Boy motion chair that is incredibly comfortable. This area is perfect for large families or groups. There is a new 65-inch Smart DTV in the living area with a Blue Ray DVD player for your enjoyment.
The dining area seats 8 at the large trestle table. There are also 3 counter stools. There is a Graco SimpleSwitch highchair that converts to a booster chair.
The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, flatware, and cookware. There is a single serve coffee make as well as a traditional coffee maker.
The Master bedroom faces the Gulf so you can open the sliding door and hear the surf. It features a king bed with a dresser as well as a Lazy Boy chair. The Master bath features a double vanity, whirlpool bath and separate shower. The Master Bedroom also has a Smart HDTV.
The 2nd Master bedroom is in the north end of the unit and has a view of both Cotton Bayou and the Gulf of Mexico from its wraparound balcony. It also has a king bed, dresser, and chair as well as a Smart HDTV. This bedroom also has a private bath.
The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed, a chest of drawers and chair and also has a private bath and a Smart HDTV.
The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, chest and Smart HDTV. It too has a private bath.
There is also a Graco Travel Lite Portable Crib that converts to a Pack and Play. In addition, there is a full-sized Graco Pack and Play.
The condo has a large capacity washer and dryer in the laundry room as well as a Shark vacuum.
The complex has a large beautifully landscaped outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a sauna, BBQ Grills and free Wi-Fi throughout the complex.

Loved everything about this condo!! The owner, Joe, was very nice and answered all questions and helped with any issues we had!! Plenty of room for the whole family!! Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Views were beautiful from the balcony!! Would stay again for sure!! Kitchen came with everything needed as well.

Every year we take our kids and grandkids on vacation and this year we chose Orange Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs, very clean with everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. The view was spectacular. Our grandkids loved the bunk bed room. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The owner, Joe, was very responsive.
