We loved this unit and the property overall. Very spacious, very clean, it had everything we need. Elevators were fast, tons of activities to do at Turquoise Place. Would highly recommend this unit for any families looking for a great beach vacation!

Amazing property!! The unit was spacious and clean. The property itself was gorgeous and had plenty of activities to keep our family busy. We enjoyed the lazy river, waterslide, and both the indoor and outdoor pools. The bear chair rental was a breeze. We will definitely be back to Turquoise Place!!

Upon arrival the condo was beautiful, as pictured and we were very excited to be there. Immediately there was a knock at our door and it was the hot tub maintenance guy. He noted right away that the hot tub wasn’t heating. We notified the front desk who told us they didn’t maintain the hot tub. We were then directed to Luxury Coastal Vacations for maintenance. Unfortunately this back and forth lasted the entire week, with multiple calls promising a solution and or a call back and no results. On top of that we were not able to contact the host directly, which should never happen!. My family managed to make the most of our time, as we only get together once a year. We weren’t able to use the hot tub, which is one of the reasons we picked this property, and that was very disappointing. Eventually we were compensated financially, however we were left feeling like nobody wanted to address the issue and were given the run around all week. Not what you expect when you stay at a beautiful place and pay a high price for. It would have been a much better experience if someone would have stepped up and been honest with us instead of passing us off back and forth to each other. We realize it’s not a perfect world and maintenance issues will occur. Honesty is always the best policy and would have left us feeling validated and satisfied. Unfortunately this did not happen until we were home and had to continue calling to get compensated. We finally reached Kristie at LCV, who was very apologetic and professional and got a resolution within a couple of hours. Tiffany, Brook, and Breedlove at LCV we’re unable to get any resolution the entire week we were there. Our hope is that they will learn from this experience and that this will not happen to any other guests in the future!
