A Suncoast Trolley stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass-a-Grille Beach.

Love this property. The condo was perfect, clean and had everything we needed from the kitchen to beach chairs etc. the owners were quick to respond! Check in was super easy. Condo close to restaurants and shops.

This unit has a great layout and the location is great, being on Gulf Blvd. There is a view of the Gulf as well as Gulf Blvd. We've stayed at a number of VRBOs in this area but my wife and I agree that this is the unit we want to come back to. And the communication with the unit owner is easily the best we've had.

This is our second time staying in this condo. We love it. It’s clean, lots of room and great location for the beach and pool.

The location is perfect we always stay here every year. This unit was easy to the pool and quite. The unit itself needs some updates. The doors in the second bedroom are glass with no curtains to block the sun or view. The beds were not comfortable at all and despite need of a bee mattress. Once checking out the cleaning crew didn’t want to clean one of the towels that had sand and the toilet seat had dirt so they didn’t want to clean it as well. We agreed to pay for it just but it seems you pay a cleaning fee to clean yourself. Otherwise it’s a great property.
