This bright, beachy home is designed for relaxation and making memories together. Six adults can rest easy in king beds, while the kids have their own bunk room. The first-floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the primary suite offers a jetted tub, double sinks, and a walk-in shower.

On the second floor, the guest bathroom has separate sinks with a makeup vanity in between, and the third-floor tower room provides a cozy spot to catch the sunset from the balcony.

This was a wonderful house for our family of 9! Everyone had a lot of space and the shared areas were great. Huge sectional with room for everyone to lounge after a beach day or swimming in the backyard or swimming in the amazing community pool. Bikes made it so fun to roam around Rosemary and Alys, as well as the Seacrest nature trails. Incredibly comfortable beds! Great house for our family ranging in age from 4 to 87!The only things I’d like to see improved is the pool light being fixed so we can see kids swimming at night better and I think a great improvement would be to add a bigger dining room table so everyone can eat at the same table at meal times since there’s room for a bigger table. Oversee had a lot of extras added that impressed us, from beach towels and to-go cups to all the shower and bathroom items. They were very responsive when e reached out to them. Highly recommend!

My family enjoyed our annual Father’s Day weekend beach getaway to the max. The Seacrest community was the ULTIMATE vibe for all ages in our group of 10. The right Seacrest property/grounds were emasculate!! The Loopy crab house was PERFECT and very spacious. I messaged the host with a few questions and received a response in record time. Having access to bicycles was amazing. My family suggested I book the next few years ASAP at the same location.

The loopy crab property was beautiful. They have a couch on the third floor and there was a lot of trash behind it but overall the property was very clean. The pool was a plus. The complex pool was within a few steps from the house and it was huge.The only thing we had trouble with was the check in process. I was never told to get parking passes and arm bands for the pool and the beach. Other than that everything went smooth. I will be staying at the loopy crab again in the future.

First on arrival the pool area was a mess beer caps and empty water bottles all over and the pool was dirty. The wash machine was leaking reported it the first day I was told they would send someone out asap they never sent anyone out. There was no iron as stated the floors was dirty inside the utensil drawer the was full of food crumbs or dirt. The property could be a very nice place to stay if they just took the time to CLEAN. The property manager told me the reason the pool area was not picked up was they have been dealing with some flash flooding in the area. I asked do bottle caps float to the top off the tables . I was asked if someone needed to come out to clean up I told them I already cleaned the area and the pool myself and it’s a good thing I did are I would still be waiting like the washer. The stove was dirty the drawer below the oven was filthy. I was very very disappointed in the housekeeping and response to concerns of the property. If they worked for me I would terminate their employment. Nice place with a company just taking advantage of the property owners charging fees and don’t do the work

The private pool is wonderful - I’ve never even gone to the huge community pool given the private pool and fenced yard. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with nice linens. The kitchen has a good selection of utensils and cookware.

Word to the wise...bring your own bike locks because the kids have figured out how to go on YouTube and watch a video on how to pick the bike locks that are provided. A stolen bike will cost you $75.

The kitchen is well supplied so cooking for all was good. We had a little problem with the A/C but maintenance came quickly and resolved it. We brought a card table and chairs for the extra seating we needed. We felt that the tile floors needed a good scrubbing. By habit, our grandchildren left their shoes at the front door and were barefooted inside the house. Their bare feet were always very dirty on the bottom.

Every kitchen utensil you have at home, they have it. All toiletries, bicycles, games, tv's, it's all there. This made our stay so nice, easy and comfortable. The layout of the house was very accommodating to different family situations. We hope to stay here again in the future, and bring more people next time! I didn't even realize there were 5 bedrooms until we got there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned a family vacation for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The house overall served our purposes well. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the beach with private access but also had a tram pick up not far from the front door. The best part about this home was the backyard that featured an inground pool, blue tooth speakers, covered patio and plenty of seating. We did wish that the house featured more silverware and essential cooking materials (salt, pepper, olive oil, basic spices, etc.). The home was generally dirty - carpet and rugs were old and dirty, baseboards were dirty, washer had mold inside, walls were aged and scuffed. Many basic touchups have been neglected. We did not ask them to address the dirtiness during our stay or asked about the cleaning fee ($280).

The stairway had a mold, mildew smell, the trim was dirty, the chairs and sofa in the living were dirty and the throw pillows-disgusting. The drawers and the cabinets throughout has so much wear and tear on them. The carpets had stains and felt gross on the bottom of your feet. We read reviews about how awesome this house was and how clean.... We were not impressed. The location is good. The pool was nice to have although dirty and very warm. We will consider another house in seacrest for our next vacation.

We had 5 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard pool was a good size, perfectly maintained and was the highlight for all of the kids (and adults)! The tram stop is right across the street and the service was quick to get to the beach and the village. I do wish the tram would run later than 5:30, but otherwise have no complaints from our week.

My wife and I, along with our teenage daughter and her friend, just returned from a great stay at the Loopy Crab. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival. This includes the private pool; not a single leaf in the water. The furnishings and amenities were great. The house is very close to several restaurants, shops and the walk to the beach is much shorter than I expected; maybe 5 minutes. The management company, Oversee, was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the Loopy Crab and would definitely stay here again.

Nice floor plan and the pool came in handy because it was double red flag for 3 days. Very family friendly and closet all the Seacrest shopping. We stayed during a very busy time of year but the management team was amazing. The I had issues with two things. The gas grill would not light. Pretty sure the propane was out and it was 6:15pm and the on call maintenance person lives 45 minutes away, so we needed up ordering pizza instead of grilling out. The other thing that bothered me is that it was not very clean. The doors in the heavy traffic areas need to wiped down. You can see black hand prints on 3-4 doors. Otherwise it was fine.

The Loopy Crab was perfect for our two families; 4 adults and 5 kids. We actually even had an extra large bed that no one slept in. The littlest child still sleeps in a crib, which the house had. There was even a pack n play in the closet (which we didn’t need.) The layout of the house was nice, and the best feature was the pool. It was so nice to just let the kids jump in to cool off. We would definitely try to stay here again.
