About this house rental
This old stone house, fully renovated with great taste, is located in La Coste, at the foot of the Massif du Caroux. It offers a magnificent view of the Héric gorges which is an exceptional tourist site.
We have worked hard to renovate it to allow you, I hope, to spend an unforgettable holiday!
Housing
On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms. (+ cot if necessary)
Bathroom with bath and sink, separate toilet.
Library corner and play area for children.
On the floor: kitchen equipped with any comfort and all the kitchen utensils for six people.
Living room, dining room: with fireplace, armchairs, sofa, TV, DVD player, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and garden.
A third bedroom is upstairs with en-suite bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet.
All rooms are equipped with an air conditioning and electric heating system.
The house has a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue for grilling.
The pool can be heated on request from 01 April to 15 November for a fee of 60 euros per week. It measures 7. 30 x 3. 30 m
Access for travelers:
You have access to the whole property, house, terrace, garden, swimming pool.
Exchanges with travelers:
During your stay, we remain at your disposal to inform you if you wish.
Other remarks:
IN ADDITION, to ask during your stay:
- The pool is not heated systematically. But in case of request it can be from April 1 to November 15, for a supplement of 60 € the week to be paid on the spot.
(For a good functioning, please inform us at the latest 3 days before your arrival).

Fantastic stay in a beautiful house. 'Les Serres de Roussleou' was perfect for 5 of us. Incredibly well appointed with a wonderful pool and amazing views. Small village with grocery store 5 minutes away and larger supermarkets a further 10 minutes away. So many things to see and do in this beautiful part of France. Historic villages, walks, lakes as well as the Mediterranean within an hour. Sylvie and Laurent were always on hand if needed. We cannot recommend this house highly enough and we would love to return.

If you want some time away from the rat race this beautiful spotless house off the beaten track is right for you. You have everything you need for a restful holiday there are local villages but within 20 mins can be at some beautiful villages with gorgeous restaurants or slightly further to Pezenas for some typical French cafe culture, Narbonne Plage is worth a visit only 1hr 10 away. So you can sit in the grounds of this lovely house and have a peaceful meal or mix it up with a visit to a restaurant or drive over the mountains to the beautiful lakes, the house is gorgeous and the location and setting perfect for whatever you want. Recommend paying extra for the pool to be heated, highly recommend this cottage to anyone

Everything you need in an exceptionally beautiful environment where you have tons of possibilities for hiking and other sports. Quiet, heated swimming pool on request, good beds.
Do mind that, if you own a bigger dog that likes to escape from time to time, this may not be ideal as the property is not fenced.
