A great place to stay.

A lovely location. Helpful hosts and comfortable furnishings. Had everything that we needed. A great base to discover that area of Brittany and further South. Discovered some wonderful sites of interest.

Food preparation was difficult due to limited space and appliances being stored under the worktop. For two people it was manageable for four it would not be easy.

Comfortable, convenient base location to visit Brest and its surroundings

First of all, the host was excellent; meeting us immediately to hand over the keys and give us a tour of the house as well as giving us some guidance about the local area. The small gifts were a welcome surprise and lifted our spirits after a long journey. The house is very well equipped and stays warm, everything you need is in the kitchen, including plenty of kitchen products so you don't have to go out and buy a full pack for one week, we also made use of the washing machine. The owner's library collection on Brittany is impressively extensive and the children's room was excellent with lots of toys and books which kept our daughter amused for long periods. Fantastic location: a very quiet road, close to the large bridge across the Elorn with great views across Brest, good for walking, close to the Port de Plaisance and the aquarium as well as the supermarket, restaurants and the motorway to Morlaix or Quimper.

There is next to nothing wrong with this property; to be unfairly critical, the oven is too small for cooking.
