About this house rental

New independent architect house

A short distance from the city of Brest, stay in a new and pleasant house ideally located in the harbor of Brest to visit Finistere and enjoy the nautical activities, swimming and hiking on the coastal paths.

The airport is located 8 kms and the TGV station at 5 kms.
The town of Relecq Kerhuon is very well served by expressways RN RN 12 AND 165.

The house is equipped to receive 4 people. It has a terrace / garden area and is in a dead end of a quiet and popular area and close to all amenities.

The beach is within walking distance as is the Spadium pool and water park fun park, marina, Océanopolis and National Botanical Conservatory.
The GR 34 passes in front of the house.

Propriété plus qu'agréable, très calme, à proximité des plages, des promenades à pieds, de la ville de Brest. Les petites filles ont été enchantées. Nous recommandons d'en profiter pour aller à l'ile d'Ouessant. Nous avons eu un temps superbe, pratiquement 30° toute la semaine, et....... 28° à Ouessant! Incroyable mais vrai.

Das Haus ist sehr praktisch geschnitten, modern, sauber und mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Weil in einer früheren Bewertung der Eindruck von Souterrain aufgekommen ist: Küche und Wohnzimmer gehen sogar eine Stufe nach oben. Offensichtlich hat die bewertende Dame die Schiebejalousie nicht zur Seite gemacht, sonst hätte sie beim Kochen Licht, Luft und ungehinderte Sicht nach aussen gehabt. Die Terrasse liegt optimal um das Abendessen in der Sonne zu geniessen. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar, das im Haus dahinter wohnt ist super nett und hilfsbereit, dabei unaufdringlich und kommt nicht ungefragt. Die Bibliothek mit Zeitschriften, Büchern und einem liebevoll zusammengestellten Ordner über das Finistere ist sehr hilfreich. Gassi gehen mit unserem Hund ist, weil sehr ruhige Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr völlig unproblematisch und belohnt mit wunderschönen Blicken über die Meeresbucht. Zur Schnellstraße für Ausflüge nach Norden und Süden ist es keine 5 Minuten, trotzdem ist es total ruhig. Fazit: Gesamtpaket für eine Paar plus 2 Kinder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l accueil et la sympathie du propriètaire, la confiance accordée, le fait que le logement soit en excellent état (construction récente), et bien isolé thermiquement, son emplacement près d'une voie calme et sans issue qui se poursuit par des chemins donnant accès au rivage de la rade de Brest, la commodité des commerces de Lerecq Kheruon, et les livres de photos sur la Bretagne. Un très bon moment.

Prachtig huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hele vriendelijke eigenaar, bij aankomst stonden diverse producten van de streek voor ons klaar. Goede bedden, waren al opgemaakt. Dat is ook wel een pluspunt bij aankomst, voldoende handdoeken etc. Echt een aanrader.

Relativ großes und freistehendes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet. Eigener, sonniger Garten mit Liegen, Esstisch und Grill. Eingangsseite sehr schön bepflanzt mit 2-tem Sitzplatz (Abendsonne). Teile des unteren Geschosses (Wohnen, Essen und Küche) liegen im Souterrain, d.h. man sitzt unterhalb des Außeniveaus. Dieser Umstand war uns aufgrund der Beschreibung und der Bilder nicht klar und hat bei uns eine gewisse Beklemmung hervorgerufen. Das Haus war vor uns offensichtlich länger nicht bewohnt - es dauerte einige Tage bis der muffige Geruch draußen war (Heizen und Lüften). Bad mit leichten Mängeln (Duschstange defekt, Vorhang verschimmelt) - wir haben Serge darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Es war ihm peinlich und er wird es sicherlich schnell beheben. Sonst alles sehr positiv, vor allem ein wahnsinnig netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter (Serge), ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr günstige und ruhige Lage des Hauses in einem Vorort von Brest. Zum Meer etwa 10 min zu Fuß - keine Bademöglichkeit. Bäcker und Supermarkt mit kurzer Autofahrt schnell erreichbar. Restaurants und Kneipen in Brest in etwa 10 - 20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Maison à la fois très bien située (proximité des plages, des balades, des commerces, des activités...) et aussi très fonctionnelle et lumineuse. Nous avons ainsi pu passer d'excellentes vacances. En plus, accueil très sympathique du propriétaire avec des petites spécialités offertes à notre arrivée. La maison est idéale aussi pour les enfants car il y a un grand jardin et de nombreux jeux et livres... Lieu très agréable où nous projetons déjà de revenir.
