About this house rental
Waterfront! This home is built predominantly with wood selectively harvested from the property site. Resting on the water's edge with sweeping views of Westcott Bay, this home is the perfect place to relax. (Oyster Beach)
This beautiful Northwest home was built in 2017, predominantly with wood selectively harvested from the property site. Resting on the water's edge with sweeping views of Westcott Bay this beautiful and unique home is the perfect place to enjoy your time on San Juan Island. The house is on a quiet neighborhood road with access to many miles of well-marked trails in the National Park and Roche Harbor trail systems. The Westcott Bay Oyster Company is a 10-minute walk from the house. There are steps down to your own private beach to enjoy the water and a gate that helps enclose the deer fence to protect the beautiful landscaping.
The spacious gourmet kitchen is furnished with everything you need to enjoy meals with family and friends. The dining room looks out to the water with gorgeous views of the sunset. The living area features a flat screen TV with access to Netflix and other Smart TV options.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and two stuffed chairs where you can sit and read while enjoying the lovely water view and native landscape. The primary bath, located conveniently across the hall, has a soaking tub, spacious rain shower, and vessel sink.
The 2nd bedroom (Queen bed) and extra sleeping area (two twin beds) both share a full bathroom with a rain shower. There is a laundry room for guest use.
Finish your day on the lovely, large, deck as you enjoy an outdoor barbecue dinner among friends. The seabirds and wildlife will be sure to ease you into the relaxing island lifestyle.
It is common for people to anchor out in this bay because it is well protected however, you should be knowledgeable of the tides as the shore can get muddy.
**The dock at this property is not suitable for boat tie-up**
This house is equipped with mini-split heat/cool pumps in the living room and all bedrooms.
The house has high speed internet and good cell phone reception.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
This is a Non-Smoking property.
Please be advised, yard maintenance may occur during your stay.

This home was very clean and well equipped! Awesome location, short walk to Westcott Shellfish, and very short drive to Roche Harbor. Had fun sitting on the dock and deck for sunset. San Juan Prop Manager was responsive, would definitely rent again!

Two couples had the most enjoyable stay at this rental. The home is beautiful and clean. It has every thing you need. The property is amazing with the view and the landscape. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Friday Harbor but yet just a simple drive away. Rent it, you won't be disappointed.

The house was in a perfect location, which is no too far from Roche Harbor. It was pleasantly quiet and ideal for a simple girls' weekend.

The house was spotless and the location couldn’t be better. We could not believe how many wildlife sightings we had from the fantastic deck. We saw seals, otters, eagles, herons and kingfishers just to name a few! It was nice to go into Friday & Roche Harbors but nicer to come back to the solitude of Westcott Bay. Took our bikes over to Lopez Island and went on a whale watch and saw Orcas near Deception Pass.
