The apartment is in a trendy suburb of Century City 7 mins (700 meters) walk along the canals from Canal Walk, the largest shopping mall in Cape Town. It is on the first floor (stairs & elevator) overlooking a beautiful canal with a small restaurant downstairs. Popular and Safe in a secure apartment block. The canals are filled with Bird life and a water taxi can take you directly to the shopping center and pick you up at an arranged time. Its quiet and comfortable with good internet connection and a full bouquet satellite TV.
This charming apartment is north facing and sunny, overlooking a clean canal with bird life. Just behind the apartment you can visit Intaka island, a 16 ha wetland bird sanctuary. You can walk the 2 km loop along the canals and see a variety of birds. Just a short walk to Canal Walk.
The bus stop is a short walk from the apartment. From there you can get to the city and onto a number of the major attractions around Cape Town.

This well appointed and comfortable apartment is owned by an amazing couple, Andrew and Denise, who are ever willing to "walk the extra mile" to assure your comfort and satisfaction.
The Century City,Canal WALK, location is perfect for access to all directions in and out of Cape Town city.
The apartment has a gas stove, that was a boon, given electrical load shedding. Mega bonus of Wi -Fi, 24 /7, despite load shedding (municipal mandated electricity interruptions).
Shopping in Cape Town's largest state of the art, Canal WALK mall, is minutes walking distance away.
Undercover secure parking. secure complex for peace of mind.
Will return for sure.
