There was no breakfast, and that's fine as I booked it that way. I left very early the next morning. Location was excellent with parking right outside the property (not undercover, so not great if it's pouring with rain. Loved the blockout curtains.

There wasn't any coffee, tea, sugar or basics like that. I understand people take advantage and probably take it, but if you're travelling for business and get to the property late, it's nice to be able to get a cup of tea and a coffee in the morning. Not the property's fault, but good for future travellers: I ordered Uber Eats from an Asian restaurant at Century City across the road - waited almost an hour and a half for one pad thai. Just beware.

Good Value for Money great location if you looking to be central to all surrounding suburbs...

We battled finding the place as the GPS location on the app is in accurate. We had to type in 'on park' manually into the GPS and eventually found it.

The unit was clean and was close to Canal Walk, MyCity.

A few things we noticed during our stay: The top drawer in the kitchen is broken. There were no teaspoons. The pots are rusted, and there is no frying pan. I would suggest providing a heater for winter. Security dropped the key box, and it opened. The kitchen tap is not working properly. We only received the key and remote for the main gate, not the pedestrian gate. We need access to the pedestrian gate for MrD Delivery deliveries.
