Lovely appartment in very nice quiet, easily accessible area. Hosts are easy to contact, friendly and accommodating. Secomd time staying here and love it. Apartment is stunning, comfortable, modern and clean. Security person is very friendly and helpful and overall building is very well secure and safe.

If i really need to nitpick and find a flaw, because there generally isn't any, maybe on the supply of the water and biscuit, supply a pair of those things if its a couple staying over...dont make us share HAHAHAHA

No complimentary water and the ricoffee was unacceptable. Also a hairdryer in the apartment would of been good. But other than that a good stay

Just the convenience of the place to amenities

I reported a blocked bathroom sink on the morning of day after arrival via the app & even called & left text messages on the number provided, however the host never responded or fixed the issue till I left. I don’t understand the kind of treatment & not be able to use the sink or brush my teeth properly for days. Totally frustrating. Also it must not be hard to reach the host for emergencies, for this apartment it was coz all they could have done is respond either on the app or direct text to my phone & send a repair person quick. Bad hosts spoil people’s holidays that they have paid money for & spoil the reputation of a good apartment. Also consider that for stays longer than 2 days atleast a cleaning service must come & clean the apartment & change the bedding & towels, this was also a bad point for me.
