Palms at Wailea #1803 is ground floor 1 bedroom, 2 bath garden view unit with a/c in the bedroom only, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, telephone, and wireless Internet. The bedroom features a California king bed, split air conditioning, a flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room along with a ceiling fan (no a/c), a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. For outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #1803 is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property, lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area.
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

Great location in a quiet area. The place was very clean and had everything supplied for a comfortable stay. Lots of towels, beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella made the trip easy. The property was immaculate and exceptionally well maintained. The BBQ's were cleaned daily and looked like brand new. Pool was great. Close to great beaches and the Shops of Wailea. Would definitely stay again!

Great communication from host. Unit was clean and very spacious. Pool is great, with beautiful ocean views. Have stayed at The Palms previously and will again in the future.

Rentals Maui was so excellent to work with. This is our tenth year coming to Maui and they have been the best company to work with, no question. We've booked back with them for next year, the first time we've been a repeat client.

Lack of air conditioning was a surprise. Could not walk to beach easily…. Just ok, nothing special here at the Palms at Wilea
