Luxury Wailea Retreat at The Palms – Sunrise over Haleakalā and Sunset Views
Welcome to my beautifully remodeled home at The Palms at Wailea, one of Wailea’s most desirable luxury communities.
✨ NEW FOR 2026! Experience one of the finest entertainment systems you’ll find in a Maui vacation rental. The living room now features a spectacular 77-inch Samsung OLED Smart TV paired with a premium Bose surround sound system, creating a true home theater experience with breathtaking 4K picture quality, brilliant colors, perfect blacks, and immersive cinematic sound. The bedroom features a matching 55-inch Samsung OLED Smart TV, and both TVs include Alexa voice control and today’s most popular streaming apps. After a day at the beach, unwind with your favorite movie, sporting event, or series while enjoying an entertainment experience that rivals many luxury resorts.
What makes this condo truly special is its elevated location at the top of the property, giving it some of the most unique views at The Palms. From inside the home and out on the lanai, you can look through the beautiful Monkey Pod trees toward the ocean and see Molokini and Kahoʻolawe in the distance. From the front windows, you can even see Lanaʻi on clear days.
The condo also has direct views of majestic Haleakalā, Maui’s 10,000-foot volcano. Wake up to incredible sunrises over the mountain and enjoy moonrises in the evening as the moon climbs above the summit. On the opposite side of the condo, you’ll experience beautiful Wailea sunsets, giving the home both sunrise and sunset views throughout the year.
The location within the property is ideal—peaceful, private, and just a short walk to the pool, jacuzzi, grilling stations, and Wailea’s world-famous beaches and luxury resorts, including the Andaz Maui, Four Seasons Resort Maui, Grand Wailea, and Fairmont Kea Lani.

Lawrence is a very attentive host. He wants to make your stay as wonderful as it can be. His condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need including all beach items! The photographs he has taken, displayed as art in his condo, are beautiful. We love “The Palms at Wailea”. This is our third time staying in this condominium complex (we have stayed twice before in other condos). The common areas are extremely well taken care of, the condos are very large, the pool is great, and the complex sits in a great location close to Wailea and the beaches.The VRBO map showing this condo’s location in the complex is not accurate. This needs to be corrected so the renter can see where the condo actually sits on the property.

Proximity to ocean was amazing..great place to start a morning walk to Wailea Beach walk..well stalked condominium…amazing sound system..Comfortable bed and beautiful artwork..will definitely plan another visit here..
