QUIET PRIVACY IN PARADISE - BEAUTIFUL GARDEN/OCEAN VIEWS
The Palms #902 is a luxurious one-bedroom two-bath upstairs villa tucked away in a private and quiet corner in one of the nicest locations on the property. The unit has a beautiful and private garden view, and limited/partial ocean views. In this quiet corner of the Palms, often the only sound you will hear is the waves crashing on the nearby beaches. The Palms is one of the upscale resorts at Wailea with impeccably kept grounds and a luxurious chlorine-free infinity pool.

All appliances in the unit, artwork, bathrooms, and paint have been recently upgraded. Lots of extras. For the comfort of our guests the unit is designated non-smoking.

This spacious unit is approximately 1022 square feet and the covered lanai provides another 250 square feet of island-style living space. The large lanai is perfect for breakfast, mid-afternoon relaxation, or a private dinner. It is surrounded by palm trees. It is furnished with outdoor furniture, dining table and chairs.

We had an absolutely awesome stay in Maui. We come to Maui twice a year and have stayed at multiple VRBO’s. The condo we stayed in was absolutely perfect. It was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Just like we were at home! We are already planning our next trip and definitely will book this condo again!

Lovely stay at Brian’s condo! Lots of beach items to use which was just brilliant - cool box, chairs, umbrella, noodles etc! Lovely, comfy big bed, we slept so well! Brian allowed us to check-in early which was really appreciated. Fantastic host, thank you!

My wife was embarrassed about how dirty the condo was. The whole Outside area was covered with dirt . She spent the whole afternoon wiping down the furniture and tables . Her best friend was in the condo below us with the same problem with the same owner. No re schedule stuck with coming or loose full payment!
