About this apartment rental

NEW OWNERSHIP. Completely remodeled 2022. Ocean House #2302 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6. NO MONTHLY'S

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. It was so nice! Very clean, perfect location for all of the attractions nearby. We loved it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time with all of our Daughter’s and their families love seeing the Grandchildren enjoying the gulf.

Condo was wonderful, nice and clean and an amazing location. The only complaint to the property itself. The pool isn't the best and wasn't heated so it was freezing. No umbrellas for the lounge chairs so that made it unpleasant to be down there too long.
