About this apartment rental
Ocean House #2901 is an east corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 9th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the 3rd bedroom and living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with king bed and the middle bedroom with 2 double beds has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. The gulf-side bedroom has a queen bed with bathroom that is also accessed via the living/hall area.
**March 2026 unit freshly painted walls/trim and all ceilings have been scrapped.
Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 10.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

A few paint issues on walls, a piece of tile cracked, just little things that did not take away from a wonderful relaxing time. It was beach front and had a pool too. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as it was listed. Easy to communicate with rental company came fast when we had an issue with one of the toilets and fixed the problem. Easy check in and check out.

We loved the location and building! The condo had plenty of room for our large extended family with 9 of us! We enjoyed the convenience of the washer/dryer! The pool and kiddie pool were great! Our only complaint was that there was several damages inside the condo as far as holes in the drywall in several places. Overall it was nice and we would definitely come back!

My vacation was awesome because I spent it with friends and family, but the rental was not the best. I did not like that we had to drive to a second location to pick up a key to check in and then were only provided 2 keys when we had a party of 6 with us. The unit had actual keys and not key pads. We did have a few issues with the condo but I texted them and they sent maintenance over immediately and remedied the problem. The staff at the actual resort was rude and hateful to not just our large group of people but to others as well. I will not stay at Ocean House again because of how the staff acted.
