About this apartment rental
Ocean House #2606 is a west corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the over-sized living area. The condo has a fully equipped custom designed kitchen with all black stainless steel Samsung high-end appliances all set in granite counter-tops. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with custom tiled walk-in shower with built in seat. The middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. The 3rd bathroom is accessed via the living/hall area and has a bathtub/shower combination.
Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23 Sleeps 6.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. No hot tub as in info. Unit was not as clean as needed. Floors were dirty. Beach was beautiful but very crowded. Lanai furniture needs cushions. Maintenance responded quickly to concerns. All in all had good week.

Both beds are very noisy and uncomfortable and dinning table was sticky do to poor refinishing. One good size frying pan was damaged nonstick finish coming off in your food.every thing else eas good
