Although the communication was good the keys had to be collected from the office 17km from the apartment. There was only 1 key to the apartment door which was inconvenient when we wanted to do seperate activites. On check out the keys had to be dropped back to the office lock box on our way to the airport.
A key code or apartment lock box would have been so much more convenient.
