La ubicación es genial. A 3 minutos caminando está la playa del mar Mediterráneo y a 7 minutos está la playa Veneziola del mar Menor, perfecta para ir con niños ya que es poca profunda, caminas 20 metros y el agua te da por la cintura.
Al apartamento le falta una actualización, tiene los muebles y ventanas del año de su construcción. La mampara del baño no cierra bien y sale mucha agua por lo que hay que estar fregando después de cada ducha. Falta una desinfección, encontramos cucarachas. Tiene 2 piscinas pero siempre están llenas.

Las zonas verdes
Eramos 3 personas y solo había un ventilador por apartamento. La señora de recepción nos dijo que nos dejarían uno en el apartamento y jamás vimos el ventilador. Pasamos mucho calor al no disponer de aire acondicionado ni ventiladores suficientes.
