*Great unit! Has hardwood floors -upstairs and downstairs!*
Townhome/see photos, bedrooms on 2nd floor- 12-14 steps inside to second floor.
The heart of Fairfield Glade Resort, it is within walking distance of the Community Center and the Tennis/Raquet Center.
Downstairs: Living Room and Dining Room/Kitchen; half bath; stack-able washer/dryer; walk out private patio with table and chairs-nice outdoor area with courtyard view!
Upstairs: #1 Bedroom with King size bed, # 2 Bedroom with Queen Size Bed & Daybed (2 twin beds); Full size bathroom; deck out of Bedroom 2
One TV in living room; 50 inch; Roku for live TV and streaming. high speed internet-Wifi; password provided
-Outdoor propane grill on the patio with a cover
-Regular coffee pot in the kitchen

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental, or swimming. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Property is clean but clearly worn, in need of fresh paint, caulking, etc. Living room furniture very worn. For the money paid, the stay was fine, just don't expect much more than "okay".
