THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE, RIGHT BY THE MAIN 4-WAY INTERSECTION AND ONLY MINUTES FROM GOLFING, BOATING, SWIMMING AND FITNESS CENTER! We are less than a mile from the community center and many other amenities in Fairfield Glade.
Great end unit with patio onto courtyard and trees; shaded.
2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo/town home ; Living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on ground floor. 2 bedrooms full bath upstairs. King size bed, queen bed, and pull out futon. Wilshire Heights area of Fairfield Glade. Full kitchen with appliances and all items needed in the kitchen are provided for cooking, etc. TV in living room and open dining room; ground floor is open floor plan. Walk out patio from living room with table and chairs outside. Stackable washer/dryer in closet on ground floor under the stairs. Half bath down stairs.
One TV in living room; 50 inch; Comcast 140 channels
One TV in upstairs bedroom with queen/futon
ALL BEDROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS
High speed internet-Wifi; password provided
-Propane grill on the patio with a cover
-Regular coffee pot in the Kitchen

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Had a very nice quick stop over on our roadtrip back east - was only there for a few hours, but the place was very clean and bed was super cozy! And the owners were quick to respond to requests and pleasant to chat with!

We were expecting six beds and only got two. We had to make other arrangements. One of guys checked in a motel. The way it was advertised on Expedia it says six bedrooms. I misread the details were it says two bedrooms. Also the shower door came off the hinges. Luckily no one got hurt and the glass did not break.
