Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was awesome! Sitting out on patio able to see and hear the ocean was wonderful. The condo was equipped well. Clean and very comfortable for our stay. The only things I would recommend are to fix the sliding glass door so that it’s easier to open, put a screen on that door, and fix one of the outside chairs that is broken. Other then that it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I condo was well situated on the beach. The View was nice, and the condo was clean and roomy. The sliding glass door is very stiff and hard to open and close. That could use some attention. There was a heavy rain and water did come pouring through the beach side windows for about an hour. It was not a problem for us as we simply put towels on the sills, but this is something that the owner will probably want to attend to.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many good things about this beachfront condo; mainly the beachfront and pool! The condo decor is old, the mattresses are not comfortable and the bedding is lacking any sort of luxury. (The guest room lamp is broken?) The bath towels are woefully small, only one hand towel and one washcloth per bathroom. Kitchen supplies also are not ample. No kitchen towels, no baking rack, no wine glasses. No small water/rocks glasses. None of the dishes, silverware or glasses/mugs match. For $100 at the dollar store, this condo could be much cuter and well stocked. Also only one garbage bag was supplied and NO coffee filter...not even one left over from another guest? The patio furniture was dirty and full of sand when we arrived. Broken plastic chairs and a weird small folding table. Communication with the rental company was sporadic and sometimes took days. Leaving a message at the rental office never got a call back. Checkout at 10am was oddly early, too and when we negotiated an 11am checkout the cleaning lady showed up at 10 wanting to get in while we were trying to enjoy the last few minutes at the pool and beach. So, why this is a nice place? The location is perfect; downtown Cocoa Beach is literally a 4 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc.The pool is really nice; warm, nice views of the beach and we never had a problem getting chairs. The beach...what a beautiful view from the condo, and a short walk over the raised walkway and the waves and sand were immediate. The space station launch pad is on perfect view from the beach (we didn’t see a launch it but it would be perfect!). Our drive was 2 1/2 hours so it’s the perfect weekend getaway. You may just want to find a more up to date unit in the building.
