This is the coolest little Bungalow you have ever seen, the perfect couples get away. Completed in 2017, Private deck, King size bed, Full Bath, Heat and Air Conditioning, Little kitchen with mini fridge, 2 burner cook top, Microwave, 32" TV with DirectV, Internet access,
Private Lake Front property with 200' of water frontage. This lake has no public access. 2000 Sq' of lawn, dock, 2- Kayaks, 2 - Paddle Boards, Cornhole Game, Hammock, Deck and Lawn Chairs, BBQ,
All common areas and private lake frontage is shared only by the owner/landlord and the tenants. The owners live in the main house, the Bungalow is situated below the house closer to the lake. You will have complete privacy. Your privacy is as important to you as ours is to us. There is No guarantee that the neighboring properties will be quiet, it is summer on the lake.
We are 1.6 miles from the town of Meadow Vista. Mountain Mikes Pizza, Restaurant, Grocery store, Gas station, Park, Hardware store, etc. Auburn is 12 miles away which has Golfing, Wine tasting, Restaurants, Groceries, Movie theater and anything you could possibly need. The American River is 15 to 20 miles away. Reno is 90 minutes away, North shore Tahoe is 1 hr 20 min away, South Shore Tahoe is 2 hrs away.

Booked this with my husband for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. The view is beautiful, water is warm, bungalow had everything you could need, we didn’t leave one for the whole 4 days! Hoping to come back next year and maybe make it a tradition.
