Our unique property is a second story loft / apartment located in the heart of Historic Downtown Auburn Ca. It is a tastefully remodeled and updated 2 bedroom 1 bath single unit apartment. It sits above a charming retail store located on the main street of Downtown Auburn. Built in 1889 - updated in 2018. We worked hard to keep the charm of the turn of the century character while making sure we updated the space to offer modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is a beautiful apartment. Excellent facility and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds.Only drawback was an over abundance of scented oils and incense which was overpowering to our breathing.

After a delightful visit to Coloma, we drove to Auburn. I had high hopes for our third stay in Auburn at The Apartment, and they were exceedingly met. We have loved its location. We walked to most everything we wanted to see - museum and little stores. The place was quiet yet convenient to restaurants. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals, the beds and furniture are comfortable, and it was fun to look out the windows and see downtown below. Dawn was welcoming as usual.I very much hope to be able to return next time we are in Auburn.

This was the most amazing stay we could have hoped for!
The apartment is much bigger than we anticipated. It's clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated.
The area is so incredibly walkable.
Dawn was very sweet and helpful to us.
We had the perfect stay.
