This was a clean house in a beautiful location. We were in town for a funeral and didn’t spend much time at the actual house but it had everything we needed.

This house was used by 3 men who were visiting the Woodlands for a 4 day golf trip. We spent little time in the house other than sleeping and breakfast.
The house is convenient to the Woodlands which is what we were looking for. There are 4 bedrooms. The master is en suite, the other three bedrooms share a full bath. There is a powder room and a laundry room off the kitchen. Everything was clean and generally in working order.
The furniture and fixtures were extremely basic but sufficient for what we needed. The kitchen is very basic with very inexpensive dishes, pots/pans and flatware. Their is a toaster which turns on but never got hot enough to make toast. No kettle to boil water for tea.
The house is in a development with similar homes. It would be impossible to find without GPS.
Again, this house worked fine for what we needed but would need to be improved significantly to host a family or group who were going to spend a lot of time there.
