About this house rental
Available now through Feb 28th, 2026. Then early April to early June. Available again mid August. Perfect family home in a cul-de-sac with a huge, fenced backyard in the heart of The Woodlands with easy access to Research Forest and Branch Crossing. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, and frameless showers. Travel themed decor. Huge master bedroom and bathroom with oversized tub, separate frameless shower, and walk in closet. Large backyard has a patio with fire pit and outdoor furniture. 4 huge flat screen TV’s with Hulu cable TV, WiFi, xBox and 2 DVD players inside. Hi speed internet (418 Mbps) for streaming and Zoom meetings. Come visit family nearby or do some house hunting or work from home and enjoy The Woodlands. Check out the reviews of this highly rated property! And it's probably not too early to start thinking about the holidays. Texas is wonderful in the winter! I grew up in Wisconsin, Snowbirds welcome!

We have stayed at Mystic several times now and it never disappoints. It is comfortable, quiet, and convenient to everything. Each year it has new upgrades and Brian is always responsive to issues, big or small. We highly recommend it and hope to return again next year.

We’re repeat guests at Mystic and we loved it even more the second time. It’s clean, comfortable, and well equipped with nice appliances and lots of little extras like dishwasher soap so you can move straight in and start living. It’s also nice to have access to the garage and mailbox. Check in and check out could not be easier and we didn’t have a single issue in our month there. We hope to return to our “home” again next year!

We live overseas and spend 4-6 weeks every year in the Woodlands to visit family and medical centers. This is by far my favorite house! It’s quiet, comfortable, and furnished with high end appliances. The sleep quality is wonderful - comfortable beds, nice bedding, and blackout curtains. We didn’t enjoy the backyard at all because it’s a record hot summer in Texas but we sure enjoyed the strong air conditioner.
Brian was so helpful and responsive. We had one unavoidable issue during our stay and he had it fully repaired within 24 hours, without inconveniencing us at all. I was shocked he was able to arrange repairs that quickly.
I highly recommend Mystic for a short or long stay and hope to be return again next year.

Everything about our stay was positive. From the owner to the neighborhood. Owner was very flexible with our schedule. House was perfect.
