You must be 25 years of age to book. ID verification will be required.
A security camera (a Ring doorbell) is located at the front door for your safety. The camera faces the front yard and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera doorbell is actively recording video and audio is monitored.

We had an extended stay for over 10 weeks. The place was cozy, well maintained and exceptionally located. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend for future stays.
