About this house rental
This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath lake house is located on Lake Lanier, on the South end of the Lake in Cumming, Georgia, just off of Buford Dam Road 30 minutes from 285.
It is perfectly located with an amazing sunset view and an easy level 30-yard walk to the dock. Convenient access by boat or car to restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, Lake Lanier Island Waterpark, hiking areas, and much more.
Our property features lake views from every room in the house. It has a large deck and patio that runs the full length of the house with ample seating. Enjoy watching the boats go by from the deck or from the amazing Double Decker dock two stories with a huge deck platform on top. The dock does have two wet slips on each side of the dock for your personal watercraft! (2 dry lifts/owner use only) This rooftop dock is wonderful for sunbathing, relaxing, or just watching the amazing views and sunsets!
Each bedroom in this property is set up in separate corners of the house as if they are four master suites with each bedroom having its own full bathroom!
The main level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; a beautiful open kitchen; living room with a wood-burning fireplace and dining room. The center of the house features an entire wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding area. This leads out to a large deck with outdoor dining.
On the terrace level you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; a large den with wood burning fireplace; laundry area; Bar and Kitchenette with additional dining table. Also another full wall of sliding glass doors that leads to an outdoor patio with lounge seating.
Have fun swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing, waterskiing, bird watching, walking, and exploring the lake.

Lake Lanier is located in North Georgia, just 40 miles from the state capitol of Atlanta. The 692 miles of shoreline borders the following five counties: Hall; Forsyth; Dawson; Gwinnett and Lumpkin. Lake Lanier is well known for its wonderful fishing. Whether you want to catch a monster Striper Bass or go for a mega Flathead Catfish then fishing on this lake will be a real treat!

Guest is in no way obligated to stay for any number of days beyond their original reserved (paid for) period. This Exclusive Dynamic Rental Period feature allows Guests the added benefit of extending their stay if they would like (without any additional up-front charges).

We had one day where we were able to boat. The rest of the time was cold and rainy. Little Ridge Park was nice for walking. The beds and showers were great. The host was very good and responded very quickly. The fireplace was amazing. Lake view was great. Tempature of house was difficult to regulate. Probably better in warmer months. Some areas needed better cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay. There was eight of us and we all felt like the beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful and the house is big and beautiful. It could use some tender loving care which we will private message the host with but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

House needs a little bit of TLC
Hot tub was not working completely. Only one side
Remote controls for TVs did not work
No toaster
Lack of cleaning supplies
Should make downstairs into a game room like with a pool table or ping pong
Should have been notified that There was construction going on directly next door when we arrived. Very noisy and loud. The manager of the property did speak with the owners so it was postponed until the middle of the week. But still should have been notified prior to booking the house
No lake floats or rafts? Or anything that we could use to enjoy. Had to run around several stores to see if we could even find a raft since the season was changing back to school.
Sofas could use a cleaning from their white covers were filthy
Just think with all of the additional fees and the price that we paid was not worth what we received.
We have stayed at several other lake houses in the past. This one did not have a lot of conveniences that others had. Had to go and buy several things from the store because they didn't have it at the house
