About this house rental
Home on lake lanier with views on front and back. Peaceful street with gentle slope walk to single slip dock. Just pack your bathing suit - we have the rest. Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom. Sleeps 10. Open kitchen and living room. Great for your large family gathering. Located on the southern most point of the lake. Close to Margaritaville, the dam, Holiday Marina and several boat launches. Located in deep water cove by Lanier Harbor. Single slip dock included. Close to 400, 85, and 985. Minutes to Margaritraville by boat or car. Complimentary towels and sunscreen. Additional information: To ensure the property is respected and maintained for all guests, the following rules apply:
• Approval Required – Any event or gathering over the reserved overnight occupancy must be disclosed and approved in writing prior to your stay.
• Event Fee – A $350 flat event fee applies for events up to 40 attendees.
• Security Deposit – An additional $500 refundable security deposit is required for events.
• Responsibility – The guest making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all attendees follow house rules, including parking, noise, and trash disposal guidelines.
• Unauthorized Events – Events that have not been pre-approved may result in a $500 penalty and possible termination of the stay without refund.

This was a great property and location. We were in town for a baseball tournament, it was close to the majority of our playing locations. House was great and large enough for 8-10 fathers and teenage sons. The house was clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed the large kitchen for many meals and the boys enjoyed the gameroom located beside the living room and kitchen.Bedrooms upstairs had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable.We enjoyed the ping pong table and space to store our fishing and baseball gear in the garage. The dock was very nice as we spent several evenings our there on the lake fishing and swimming.Our host was the best host I have had. She helped us with local information, places of interest, and replied immediately if we had any questions. I definitely recommend staying here.

We rented for several families in the ATL area for baseball and this was the perfect place. Big enough for us to spread out and relax! The boys loved being able to fish and swim after hot days at the ball field!

We came to town for Formula Drift at Road Atlanta. We didnt spend a ton of time at the house but its very nice and not too far from the track. Would definitely stay again.
