Come stay at this beautiful oasis of a home on Lake Lanier. You will not be short on breathtaking views of nature and the lake. Immaculately furnished for a luxurious getaway and your own slice of relaxation and serenity. Enjoy time out on the lake with access from our double-slip dock (only ONE boat parking space available) or spend time playing ping pong in the garage, basketball in the driveway, football in the backyard, or corn-hole back at the house. The house was nice however the dock area was a mess. Very nice dock but needed cleaning and the stone pavers were all over the place and made it difficult to walk. If you are bringing a boat there is a big block of cement about one foot under water behind the right side of the dock. You can see it from the top of the dock roof area. It could cause serious damage to a bot so beware also very shallow in dock. Maybe about two feet.

Property manager nice to deal with. Responded to our issues.He tried to fix TV connection Kept buffering. Upstairs bedrooms need a chair for dressing purposes. Cooktop needs further clarification for operation. The table outside on deck is damaged and unusable. Was advertised as having a game/arcade room but was only a ping pong table in the garage.. House is in a lovely setting more suitable for warm weather use.
