PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Tropical Penthouse One-bedroom condo is the only 1-bedroom PENTHOUSE (TOP-FLOOR) of the entire resort; all other penthouses have two bedrooms or more. The tropical-themed living room has a queen-size sofa-bed, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat cocktail table. The living room also proves access to the balcony with a panoramic ocean view and BBQ-grill. Furthermore, accessed through an internal spiral staircase, there is a private tiled roof terrace stretching over the entire condo, with terrace furniture, a 4-person outdoor hot tub, and a majestic ocean view! The bedroom has a king-size bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway. There is also an in-room washer/dryer facility.
This unit provides you with 950 sq. ft. of living space, plus 1,200 sq. ft. of private roof terrace space. A code-lock safety box (large enough to store a laptop pc), free Wi-Fi, two cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a DVD player and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) are available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Boca Grandi (beach-side) building on the fifth or top floor. Sleeps max 4.

Our unit was just perfect, overlooking the water. It was clean, lovely (upscale) and well supplied with kitchen and bathroom products. Prestige Realty does an excellent job with communication and support. In particular, Isha was wonderful. We had a minor problem (because we couldn’t figure out how to turn the fans on) and she came over herself and fixed it. She could have just emailed instructions, but she came herself to be sure it was resolved. I would give 10 stars if I could; it was 100% perfect.

Beautiful property. Clean and well stocked with everyday items. Rooftop is an added bonus. Need to replace the mattress! There have been many reviews stating that over the years and still not done.

Once again, this property did not disappoint! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was available to us. We enjoyed using the bbq, beach equipment, hot tub, and the patio so much. We also loved working with Priya, who was so responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back again!
