Welcome to our Up North Retreat! We are now accepting reservations for our Summer 2024 Season!
This 3-bedroom home is the perfect place to spend your time! Located near Mt. McSauba and a short walk to the beautiful sand dunes on Lake Michigan.

Whether you are enjoying its close proximity to the sandy dunes of Lake Michigan or you are roasting marshmallows while sitting around the fire pit, you are sure to enjoy your time and relax. A company favorite, this home hosts 3 bedrooms and a beautiful, remodeled, obstruction-free bath. Enjoy your meals outside on the spacious deck, and gathered around the outdoor table, you can enjoy the secluded corner lot, yet you are within a 5-minute drive to downtown Charlevoix. This home has a private washer/dryer combo, a full kitchen, and a large living area for family gatherings and game night. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
This rare vacation home, so popular for up north vacation lodging, is wheelchair accessible.
Charlevoix is home to many festivals throughout the summer. Also, it's just about an hour's drive from Mackinac Island and Traverse City.

Was in town for our sons wedding. Great location. Deer in the yard all the time. Beach right across the road. Outside deck needs some upkeep and cleaning, but overall a great place to stay. Would stay there again. Management was very helpful getting us another location, when our original location stopped being a VRBO after we had it booked.

This was the perfect place to stay for a girl's weekend away, with a super close walk to Lake Michigan. The wildlife around the area was beautiful and we even got to see a cute little porcupine shuffle into the woods. I 100% recommend and will definitely be trying to come back in the future!

There was an outside odor the duration of our stay. Occasionally it drifted into the house. We thought skunk initially but concluded it more like a sewage odor. Unpleasant. Also no hair dryer that we could find. Otherwise great property!
