Location was perfect for us.
My wife has a slight mold mildew allergy and when we walked through the front door there was a strong musty smell that we couldn’t get rid of. Also I think there was a tenet living in the basement with a dog that we were not told about. When looking for where the musty smell was coming from I came across the dog in the basement.
