The exterior of Aquaterra welcomes guests with ample parking, lush natural landscaping and multiple levels of both sunny and shaded decks. Outside, enjoy the custom salt water pool, the 6-person hot tub with 110 jets, and ample pool deck space for a private family pool party.
The ground floor is designed for family fun: step through the 4-panel slider from the pool area to the spacious, ground level Rec Room - a true teenagers' heaven. . Or retreat to one of the the two ground level bedrooms, which include a King Suite (semi-private bath), and the bunk Room.
The middle level features a King Suite and Two Queen Suites, all with private baths and custom furnishings, which adds to the home's decidedly boutique hotel feel.The King Suite and middle Queen Suite feature direct access to the large front deck, while the second queen suite features a jacuzzi tub. The Laundry Room is centrally located on the middle level.
The master wing is a large King Suite cleverly tucked away on its own private level. It features a king bed, marble-tiled bath with two-person shower with body sprays and large, walk-in closet.
The top level is a smart combination of private retreats and wide open spaces for family gatherings. A private Den with "Eurolounger" sofa and TV is available for some well deserved peace and quiet, while the open space Great Room will be the popular spot for family members to enjoy their time together with a large TV and comfy couches - perfect for movie night.

Where do I even begin! Suzan was a wonderful host and her home was PERFECT for our getaway. The house is nestled right in Duck walking distance from the boardwalk and many shops. It has greenery around it so we were secluded from other homes. A deer stopped by a few times!
The inside of the house was beautiful! We were able to fit five families comfortably and share meals together. The front and back porches were peaceful getaways when you needed some alone time. I don't think we even turned on the TVs even though there were so many.
The pool and hot tub were great! The kids loved access to it. The deck has enough lounge furniture for everyone.

The house was clean, had everything we needed, Suzan was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The location was amazing to get to the beach, coffee in the mornings, etc! We loved our time in Duck

We had a nice stay at the Aquaterra and Suzan was very easy to work with throughout the process. The house was even more lovely in person.

One short block from the center of Duck but totally private. This is way nicer than any rental we’ve ever had. Clean, well equipped, nicely furnished, thoughtfully laid out. The pool and hot tub were great. State of the art connectivity was welcome, as were multiple smart tv’s.
