Recently remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath home located in Old Town Port A. New flooring, appliances, decor, furnishings, and fresh paint set this place apart from the others. The ground level consists of an enclosed laundry area with a washer/dryer, a bathroom with a shower which is convenient for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a charcoal grill for your entertainment needs. The second level has a full kitchen with a large island prep area for your culinary needs, Keurig, a bar with seating for 3, a wood dining table with seating for 4, a living area with a new couch, sofa, TV with cable, and complimentary WIFI. Bedroom #1 (BR1) has a king-size bed, nightstands and closet. Bedroom #2 (BR2) has 2 Twin beds, nightstands and closet. The shared bathroom has a tile tub/shower combination unit. Drink your morning coffee on the back balcony or just enjoy the evening admiring the panoramic view of Old Town. The Loft (BR3) is on the 3rd level which has a Twin bed with a pull-out trundle to sleep 2, large floor space for kids to play with the games furnished by the owners. There is ample parking for your vehicles, golf cart, and watercraft, and a covered sitting area under the second floor.

The house was very cute and clean! The location was close to the beach and town. The bathroom downstairs is great for showering after a beach day, but no good for girls getting ready etc. So I'd consider this a one bath house. Management was really helpful any time we needed it! There is only a TV in the living room if that matters...
The yard is nice! We over all had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious, and close to town and the beach. We will be happy to stay there on our next beach trip!

The house was located further from the beach than described. The house was dirty upon arrival sand inside housand cigarette butts outside. The upstairs had spiders on the ceiling and in the bedding. We were not told where the washer and dryer was upon arrival so did not get a chance to use the entire visit.( down stairs in garage, found out at check out) The counter tops in the kitchen is really tall, I am 5ft and they went to my chest. All cooking and dishes I did had to be done on a step stool. (Which they did provide) The bathtub does not have a functioning stopper, so good luck with giving kids a bath. And saw several what I believe to be roaches that we killed on visit. Will not stay at this location again.
