This Cute 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Sleeps 6. (BR1-Queen; BR2-2 Twins); Sleeper Sofa; Conveniently located close to town and is 1/2 Mile to the Beach. This Townhome is economically priced with open floor plan and a large patio that overlooks the shared pool. The garage is big enough for your boat and has parking for 2 cars. It can be rented with 221B Las Palmas for a bigger group. No parking on the road.
Las Palmas condo is 2 story with the garage on the ground floor and all living upstairs above. The open floor plan has plenty of seating in the living room with TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The dining table has seating for 4 and 2 barstools at the adjacent bar. The kitchen has all of the appliances needed to meet your cooking needs. The laundry closet is tucked away in the hall with a washer and dryer and shelves for your detergents. The first bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, chest and closet for your beach and fishing attire, TV and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combination unit. The second bedroom (BR2) has two Twin beds, nightstand, chest and wall mounted TV. Freshen up in the hall bath with tub/shower unit. Enjoy the view of the shared pool off of the back balcony which has outdoor seating. There is also a picnic on the bottom covered level underneath. Bring your boat and the family and come enjoy Port A.

Love the location. Checking in and out was a breeze. Loved the added beach gear voucher. Icing on the cake.

Our trip was just two nights, but because of the convenient location we were able to do everything we wanted; beach, shopping, great food and drink and pool time.

Last second 4th of July vacay for the family. Great location. Nice pool. Loved the garage. Largest complaint is that the landlord isn't big on details and some details are important.
Garage was a nice feature, but filthy. The property was advertised as having a grill - there was no grill. We planned to grill all weekend, but were unable to do so. VERY disappointing.
Warning - the refrigerator is broken in that it only gets so cold (what I would call semi-cold). They tell you that in writing upon arrival. If you like your fridge to be cold, you won't like this one.
No sheets or linens for the sleeper sofa. V-shaped coffee maker, but they provided only mini basket style coffee filters (making coffee a mess every time). Ice cube trays provided, but no ice bin to put the cubes in.
Trash - They ask you to remove the trash and put it in the dumpster, but they don't tell you where it is and I couldn't find it. Ended up walking the trash down the street to a dumpster next to the bank.
