The living room offers a comfortable couch, two armchairs, and a smart TV for relaxed movie nights or unwinding after beach adventures. Just beyond, the spacious kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and generous counter seating for six, making everything from quick breakfasts to seafood dinners feel effortless. Out back, the private patio with a picnic table invites you to enjoy al fresco meals and warm Gulf air long after the sun goes down.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 full size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and garage parking for 4 vehicles available.
o 2 cars can park in the driveway, 2 cars can park in the garage.
o There is enough space in the garage for boat and trailer without cars.
• Unit A is on the left hand side when looking from the street. When walking up from the street, walk between two townhomes on the left. Unit A has a gate and the access door on the second floor from the deck.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets under 50lbs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $40 per night that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
