This 2nd story Duplex home is bright, cheery, and a great place to sit back and relax. Full kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, the living room has 2 Futons and TV with cable, bedroom (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, TV, chest for your beach attire, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. There are also 2 Twin size cots stored in the living room closet. Within a mile from everything including the beach. The shared washer and dryer are located in the laundry room downstairs in the main house next door. **Does not have access to the pool on the main house beside it. **

Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.

The property was good for our family. It was clean and comfortable. Although we were missing a coffee maker and some blankets, the property management team was quick to accommodate us and it was much appreciated. Some blinds or curtains on the windows would have given it a more secure feeling, but overall we would stay here again.

Upon check-in the condition of the place was less than cleanly. I did however, appreciate Brenda responding within a timely manner and apologizing. She also sent someone out to fix broken blinds.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the place. The bed was super comfy! We would definitely recommend staying here again.
