About this house rental
Bring your family to stay at Port A on the Horizon. Our Unit B is part of a triplex on stilts. Perfect location for a beach vacation. We are in a quiet neighborhood. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, night life and the marina. We are about a mile drive, bike ride or walk to the beach. We are very close to the ferry.,
Unit B is 821 sq. ft. with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and sleeps 6 comfortably. You enter a spacious open living area with full kitchen and dining. The living room and bedroom have a large flat screen TV and WIFI. We provide Roku and Hulu for your viewing entertainment. The living area has a full sleeper sofa and a twin chair bed to accommodate more family and friends. The Master bedroom is large with a King bed large walk-in closet. Bathroom is a tub/shower. Hairdryer, soap, towels and linens provided. We also have a pack n play available for use if you have a little one.
The kitchen is upscale with granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, mixer, can opener and pots and pans along with other items to prepare meals for your family. There is a large pantry to store your food. The dining table seats 4 and there are 3 barstools for dining at the countertop bar.
There is a closed utility room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. An iron and ironing board is provided and plenty of cabinets for your laundry essentials.
There is a front deck balcony with patio seating to watch the sunsets or see the ships coming down the channel. There is also a large back deck balcony to watch the sunrise. There is patio seating and also a larger patio table if you would like to dine al fresca.
We provide a lot of parking under the house and in the large spacious drive. So bring your car, kayak and boat or other beach toys. There is a large, shaded area under the house with picnic tables for your leisure. We also provide a gas grill and a charcoal grill in the backyard if you want to entertain outdoors. The kitchen has some non- breakable dishes and cups for your outdoor meals. No glassware in or around the pool for your safety.
We have a shared pool for the triplex in our tropical backyard with palm trees and plenty of lounge chairs and patio table with umbrella and chairs. The pool is kid friendly and deep end is 4 ft. We have the ability now to heat the pool in the winter for a small daily fee.You will have the feel of a tropical oasis. We have a shower under the house for those times you want to rinse off the beach sand. We also have a full downstairs bath with a shower.
Home is all electric with air conditioning and heat.
We have a private elevator available for disabled, handicapped or medical issues. Just let us know if you need to use it.
Owners live on the premises if you have any questions or needs.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The triplex is in a perfect location—close to everything in Port Aransas, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The home was spotless when we arrived, with thoughtful décor and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel relaxed.The pool area and beautiful plants around the property really added to the charm—it felt like our own little oasis. We especially appreciated how quiet and serene it was, while still being just minutes from shops, restaurants, and the beach.We truly loved everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Aransas. We wish we could've stayed longer, but we can’t wait for the chance to come back again!

Another wonderful stay in this property. Couldn’t find a bad thing to say if I tried. Spotless, well-kept, beautiful home in a convenient, quiet location with friendly owners. The pool area is an amazing oasis. Didn’t want to leave!

This property was just right for my family! The home was clean and fully stocked for all our needs. We especially liked that the owners provided plastic food ware for the children. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and shows an obvious attention and care to the property. We were provided everything needed to enjoy our stay and fun items for the children to use at the beach. We will definitely be back!
