About this house rental
A modern and contemporary home located in the private community of Seacrest Beach. The home is located within walking distance of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We are only a mere 3-minute walk of the majestic 12 000 square-foot pool area of Seacrest Beach (open 9am to 10pm). It is only a 5-minute walk to the panoramic turquoise waters of the Gulf, although you also have the option of catching the complimentary tram, which runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October.
This bright and spacious home is brand new with hardwood floors throughout. The house sleeps maximum 6 people, so is suitable for a single family or 2-3 couples. ALL bedrooms have private bathrooms, new linens, bath and beach towels, soaps and shampoos. Home is self-catering and not serviced during your stay. We provide you with paper towel, toilet tissue, trash bags and dishwashing supplies for your first couple of days.
The home boasts an open plan living area on the first floor with grandeur high 10-foot ceilings. The kitchen is an entertainers dream with a gas stove and stainless-steel appliances, both a Keurig pod and drip coffee maker. The living room has a casual dining room table with a bench and bar stools and another 4 bar stools surround the quartz kitchen counter. The living room has 2 sofas and a loveseat and a large flat-screen smart HDTV. The living area then leads out onto a private back porch and a large, grassed lawn with tranquil water feature. Relax on the chaise under the custom gazebo covered in grape vines. The beautifully landscaped garden is great for the kids to play whilst you prepare dinner on the outdoor porch, which has a gas grill and plenty of comfortable chairs to enjoy your evening under the stars.
BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT:
All bedrooms are on the second floor.
● Master - King bed, dressing room, large walk-in shower and separate tub, double vanity. Porch overlooking the green area.
● Queen - Queen bed, large walk-in shower, private porch
● 3rd Room – Queen bed, shower
BABY EQUIPMENT - We can arrange for a crib or pack n play, both with mattresses and fitted sheet, to be setup prior to your arrival. Please request this when making a reservation request. There is a setup and cleaning fee of $75 (crib) and $35 (pack n play).
