Great roomy and comfortable location that fit 15 people comfortably. We rented all 3 floors, each floor has its own kitchen and was fully stocked. Convenient and within walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks, Target, restaurants and public transportation.
Friendly neighbors with friendly dogs. Nice neighborhood feel.
Well appointed kitchens. Lots of pots and pans. Great to have a blender.
House was very quite although construction was going on next door.
Ms. Lois (the owner) and her team are amazing and responded quickly to internet issues and additional trash pickup as needed.
Great space, location and price... I highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

We rented the entire house and it was great! I know that each floor can be rented individually, but I recommend renting all three floors of the house if possible. I imagine the experience wouldn't have been as great if we hadn't.

It worked great for our 3 families with ages running from 8 to 71. The little ones loved playing hide and seek. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 15 people. Only drawback was no single room to congregate except the conference room. We made it work and the adults always came together to share at the end of the day while kids spread out.

We really didn't appreciate the layout of the property. It was extremely odd having beds in living rooms with no doors. Perhaps more importantly, the construction next door and the enormous dumpster in front were significant distractions. The noise and garbage were terrible. We would appreciate a refund of some fair portion. Thanks, Kara
