The spacious layout and lovely neighborhood was walkable and very close to Howard University. We loved the rooftop deck and exposed brick.
There were no window treatments on some of the windows. It would have been nice to have for privacy, especially in the master bedroom. It would have also been nice to have a book with instructions for using some of the things in the house like the dishwasher and the garage bins during checkout. We also needed guidance adjusting the thermostat.
